Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use Reign Replay

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Reign Replay.
• If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
• By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide (including your age) is accurate.
• We may ask for verification of age or identity if we have reason to believe an account holder does not meet these requirements, and may suspend or remove accounts that don't.

2. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
• One person, one account — don't create multiple accounts to manipulate likes, votes, or rankings.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting info@reignreplay.com.

3. Content You Upload

• You retain ownership of any clip, image, username, or other content you upload ("Your Content").
• By uploading, you grant Reign Replay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, stream, and distribute Your Content on and through the Service.
• You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to, everything you upload — including any in-game footage, audio, music, or other elements captured in your clip.
• You must not upload content that: infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights; is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent beyond what's incidental to normal gameplay footage; contains another identifiable person without their consent; impersonates another person or entity; or is spam, a scam, or otherwise misleading.

4. Likes, Voting & Rankings

• Using bots, fake accounts, vote manipulation, or coordinated brigading to inflate a clip's ranking is prohibited and may result in the clip being removed from rankings and/or account suspension.
• Weekly Top 10 rankings and category winners reset according to the schedule shown on the Service and may be adjusted by us if we find evidence of manipulation.
• We may, at our discretion, remove a clip from rankings, the feed, or the Hall of Fame if it breaches these Terms, even after it has won a category.

5. Hall of Fame Archive

• Clips crowned as a weekly category winner are retained permanently in the public Hall of Fame archive, even if you later delete your account, except where removal is required by law or under Sections 3, 8, or 9.
• If you delete your account, we may still display a winning clip in the Hall of Fame under your username, unless you specifically request its removal by contacting info@reignreplay.com.

6. Messaging

• Reign Replay includes a direct messaging feature between users.
• Don't use messaging to harass, threaten, groom, spam, or send unsolicited explicit content to other users.
• We may review reported messages to investigate abuse claims.

7. Reporting & Moderation

• If you see content or behaviour that breaches these Terms, report it via the report/flag feature or by emailing info@reignreplay.com.
• We reserve the right to remove any content, restrict any feature, or suspend/terminate any account, at our discretion, for breach of these Terms or where we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect the Service or other users.
• We aim to review reports in a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific response time at this stage of the Service.

8. Copyright in Uploaded Clips & Our Liability

• Clips uploaded to Reign Replay typically contain footage from video games, which may include visual assets, characters, music, and other elements owned by third-party game publishers and developers.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any clip you post, including any in-game music, licensed content, or other copyrighted material captured within it.
• Reign Replay does not review clips for copyright compliance before they are published, and we are not liable for any copyright infringement, claim, or damages arising from content uploaded by users.
• If we receive a valid copyright complaint about a clip, we will remove or restrict access to it in line with our takedown process, regardless of its ranking or Hall of Fame status.
• If your account repeatedly uploads infringing content, we may suspend or terminate it.

9. Copyright / DMCA-Style Takedowns

• If you believe content on Reign Replay infringes your copyright, contact info@reignreplay.com with: a description of the copyrighted work, a link/description of the infringing clip, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised.
• We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or where we're required to by law.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Reign Replay is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times, particularly during this early stage of development.
• We are not responsible for content posted by users, and do not endorse any views expressed in user content.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reign Replay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll aim to notify users (e.g. via email or a notice on the Service) before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
